Brandeis strongly connected to U.S. Supreme Court's upcoming same-sex marriage case

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments sometime in April on the Sixth Circuit’s decision in the fall to uphold bans on same-sex marriage in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee.
